Matthew 25: 35 `For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat…. “The King will answer and say to them, `Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’
The ACF Storehouse exists to be a “storehouse” of the provision of God to help those in need. The Storehouse is a food/ toiletry pantry that is open every Wednesday at ACF to provide for people in need. Numerous volunteers work together to accomplish all the many tasks of running the Storehouse. In addition to obtaining food, volunteers also serve as social workers to help families apply for Federal Food Stamps. (You can find out more info on how to apply for food stamps by calling 759-1800).
The Storehouse currently provides aid to over 2000 individuals every month. Due to the mass need, the help of the Body of Christ is always a must. If you are interested in volunteering at the Storehouse or if you would like information on how you can start a food drive for the Storehouse, contact 759-1800.
